Job summary

Groundworks is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Ontario to be the face of our market-leading brand. You will meet homeowners in their homes, assess needs, and design customized foundation repair and water management solutions using our proven systems.

This role offers training, growth, and a clear path to advancement within a top workplace culture. You will travel within your sales territory, work with warm pre-qualified leads, and build a book of business.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-based environments is a plus.
• In-home sales or construction/home improvement exposure is a bonus.
