Base pay range

$68,000.00/yr - $77,000.00/yr

Must-Haves

• Full sales cycle experience.
• Experience as a Sales Professional in B2B.
• Knowledge of Oil and Gas, Construction, or Power industries.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel and cover a large area surrounding Edmonton.

Nice-To-Haves

• Experience in Building and Construction Services.
• Knowledge of Power and Rental Generation.
• Experience with large quotas of $2 million or more.

Role & Responsibilities

• Cold calling, account management, presentation development, and closing deals.
• Track all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders.
• Coordinate with Rental Center functions to prepare sales contracts, documentation, and collections.
• Provide technical sales assistance for power and temperature applications.
• Develop and execute an annual territory sales plan.
• Partner with operations and logistics teams for project execution.
• Basic understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and/or oil-free air compressors.

Required Skills and Experience

• 4-10 years of B2B sales experience.
• Knowledge of Oil and Gas, Industrial, Construction, or Power industries.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Ability to collaborate with other business areas (Operations, Fleet, Logistics).
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
