Job summary

Lordco Auto Parts in Cranbrook, BC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team. You will schedule appointments, visit customers, review product needs and develop opportunities while delivering outstanding service.

As part of Canada's largest independently-owned automotive parts retailer, you will grow current accounts, build loyalty, and work with store and regional teams to find the right solutions.

Qualifications

• Previous related sales experience is required.
• Superior customer service skills, both on the phone and in person.
• Excellent mechanical/parts knowledge.
• Ability to work as part of the Lordco team.
• Knowledge of work place safety procedures and the ability to adhere to the Lordco Occupational Health and Safety program.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and visit existing and potential customers to review product needs and determine other opportunities
• Manage and grow current customers in the territory
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting the needs of all customers
• Work diligently with fellow staff at the store, region and organization levels in order to find the right solution for our customer
• Build customer loyalty through continuous innovation, becoming a trusted advisor
• Effectively leverage network to assist in sales cycle development
• Maintains a positive relationship with the customer; ensures that there is also a positive relationship with store personnel
