Job summary

Lordco Auto Parts in Surrey, BC is seeking an entry-level Automotive Parts Representative who loves helping customers and sharing automotive knowledge. This full-time role offers a friendly team, growth opportunities, and a pay range that rewards experience.

You will provide exceptional service, recommend aftermarket parts, source and deliver solutions, and expand your automotive knowledge while working with store staff and regional teams.

Qualifications

• 0–4+ years of automotive and/or sales experience preferred, or currently enrolled in a post-secondary automotive program.
• Strong interpersonal, in-person and phone communication skills.
• Basic automotive knowledge is an asset.
• Willingness to learn and advance automotive knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service experience.
• Provide aftermarket auto part & accessory recommendations using your automotive knowledge.
• Collaborate with store staff, region, and organization to source, order and deliver solutions for customers.
• Grow automotive knowledge through daily tasks and challenges.
• Perform a variety of tasks across the store to support the team.
