Lordco Auto Parts in Medicine Hat, AB, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team at the Medicine Hat store. You will schedule appointments, visit customers, and grow the territory while delivering exceptional service and building trusted advisor relationships.

You should bring proven sales experience, strong product/parts knowledge, and a commitment to safety. This role emphasizes teamwork with store staff and regional colleagues to meet customer needs and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Previous related sales experience is required.
• Superior customer service skills, both on the phone and in person.
• Excellent mechanical/parts knowledge.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and the ability to adhere to the Lordco Occupational Health and Safety program.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and visit existing and potential customers to review product needs and determine other opportunities.
• Manage and grow current customers in the territory.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting the needs of all customers.
• Work diligently with fellow staff at the store, region and organization levels in order to find the right solution for our customer.
• Build customer loyalty through continuous innovation, becoming a trusted advisor.
• Effectively leverage network to assist in sales cycle development.
• Maintains a positive relationship with the customer; ensures that there is also a positive relationship with store personnel.
