Job summary

Culligan is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our office coffee and bottleless water cooler business across our Lloydminster region. You’ll own the territory, build relationships, and drive sales of brewers, supplies, and rentals.

Base salary starts at $40,000 per year plus commission with no cap, and comprehensive training to set you up for success from day one. Travel between our three branches may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Self-starter with drive to exceed goals.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean abstract.
• Clean RCMP criminal record check.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Outside sales experience is a plus.
• CRM experience (Salesforce) is an asset.
• Numerical acumen is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new business through cold calling, door knocking, and B2B canvassing to book appointments and generate leads.
• Managing accounts from first handshake to long-term partnership.
• Checking in with existing customers on new products, stock levels, and service.
• Using research and market data to match clients with the right solutions.
• Travel between Lloydminster, North Battleford, and Bonnyville branches and surrounding districts.
• Plan and run your own schedule with independence.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll own our territory and build it your way, growing sales and rentals of office coffee brewers, coffee supplies, and bottleless water coolers. Your days will include:

• Planning and running your own schedule with a lot of independence

Qualifications

• High school diploma at minimum

• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract
• A clean RCMP criminal record check
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs
