Job summary

Tremco Canada Division is hiring an Outside Sales Associate to join our growing sales team in the construction arena, focusing on commercial roofing. You will be paired with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative for hands-on training over 18–24 months and travel within the assigned territory.

Qualified applicants should have a Bachelor's degree, be able to obtain a valid driver's license, and possess strong computer skills with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory.
• Experience in sales and a strong work ethic are valued.
• Proficiency with MS Office and internal systems is expected.
• Must be self-motivated with good organizational skills and goal orientation.
• Must be willing to participate in a year-long training program.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS) preferred.
• Recent college graduates and/or up to 1-4 years in sales.
• Former athletes encouraged to apply
• Must have a valid drivers’ license
• Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and learn internal business systems).
• Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
• Must be willing to participate in the year-long training program.
• Self-motivated and great organizational skills.

Job Functions

• As part of the program, you will be partnered with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative for a period of 18 - 24 months to assist you in your comprehensive, hands‑on training. The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $60,000 and $80,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
