Qualifications

• Completion of diploma from an accredited post-secondary rehabilitation Therapy Assistant program or equivalent training may be considered.
• The successful candidate will be required to coordinate the program and clients, as well as their care pathway.
• Strong organization skills and excellent communication skills are required.
• Evidence of ability to navigate client care within a multi-disciplinary team is essential.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and as part of an interprofessional team under supervision of a licensed professional.
• Contribute to rehabilitation services across the health care continuum for all ages.
• Engage in quality improvement, program planning and student supervision.
