Job summary

Lammle’s Western Wear in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking a Part Time Sales Outfitters to join our team in Medicine Hat area. You will help customers with product knowledge, process purchases, and ensure excellent service, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

You will contribute to a positive store environment, handle stock and displays, and promote current promotions. Prior retail experience is a plus, but not required, and a strong customer service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong personal skills, outgoing and able to communicate with co-workers and customers.
• Sales and customer service oriented, ability to identify sales opportunities and problem solve.
• Retail experience is an asset, but not required.
• Flexibility including evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of Lammle’s Western Wear products, and effectively translate knowledge to customer through need recognition.

• Process purchases, returns/exchanges and special orders at register using POS system
• Comply with policy and regulations as per the company’s employee manual with regards to loss prevention
