Job summary

Lammle’s Western Wear is seeking a Sales Outfitters to join our team in Alberta. This part-time role focuses on delivering the Lammle’s Experience, assisting customers, and driving sales with a friendly, knowledgeable approach.

You will work evenings and weekends as needed, maintain product knowledge, handle purchases, returns, and exchanges, and help with stock and store presentation. Prior retail experience is nice but not required.

• Strong interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and resolve issues.
• Retail experience is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Lammle’s products and translate to customers through need recognition.

• Lift and distribute merchandise up to 50lbs, refill stock and assist in merchandise display.

• Process purchases, returns/exchanges and special orders at register using POS.
• Comply with policy and regulations per employee manual regarding loss prevention.

We provide authentic western wear for the entire family, in addition to selections of tack for both Western and English equine enthusiasts.

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of Lammle’s Western Wear products, and effectively translate knowledge to customer through need recognition
