Job summary

Degelman Industries LP is seeking individuals to join our team as Outside Shipper/Receiver and Maintenance Mechanic. The role focuses on receiving incoming product, supplying materials to customers, and performing quality checks and shipping paperwork.

The job requires heavy lifting, shift work, and outdoor conditions; training will be provided. Candidates should be able to locate goods by part number, communicate clearly, and prioritize multiple duties.

Qualifications

• Must locate and identify goods by part number, description, and/or location.
• Must communicate effectively verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• To service incoming vendors and customers.
• To perform count and quality checks of incoming materials.
• Accurately ship product to customers and complete bills of lading and other necessary paperwork.
• General yard maintenance.
• Operate cutting torches.
• Operate tractors.
• Operate a forklift.
