Matrix is seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers for the B2 Project, Bathurst Inlet, NU. This outdoor role involves general site duties, surface preparation for liner installation, snow removal, and operating light equipment in a 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation.

Ideal candidates are safety‑minded, able to work outdoors in cold conditions, and comfortable collaborating with supervisors and crew. Prior labouring or construction experience is an asset, with valid driver’s license preferred.

Formación

• General labour experience considered an asset.
• Comfortable working outdoors in challenging conditions.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Operate air compressors and clean surfaces.
• Shovel, rake, and spread fly ash mix for liner preparation.
• Perform general labour duties including lifting and material handling.
• Remove snow and keep work areas hazard‑free.
• Drive light‑duty vehicles on site following safety rules.
• Set up and operate temporary site equipment and heaters.
• Assist with equipment setup, maintenance, and relocation.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with project team to meet schedules.
