Job summary

Sysco Ottawa is seeking an Outbound Operations Clerk to support all outbound warehouse activities across assigned shifts. You will work with the outbound operations manager and supervisors to ensure accurate, timely processing of outbound orders.

Responsibilities include clerical support, data entry, reporting, and inventory-related tasks. You will coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams and contribute to safety initiatives while maintaining records and paperwork for deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year distribution experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP or warehouse management systems helpful.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage workflow using warehouse systems and transportation tools.
• Provide clerical support to outbound teams including data entry and records maintenance.
• Prepare daily and periodic operational reports for leadership.
• Produce general communications for the operations department.
• Assist with inventory tasks, weight verification and reconciliation, and system updates.
• Prepare and distribute paperwork for delivery vehicles and outbound routes.
