Job summary

Sysco Corp. is hiring an Outbound Warehouse Manager for our Ontario operation. The role leads supervisors and clerks to ensure accurate picking, loading, and on-time dispatch of foodservice products to customers.

Emphasis is on safety, efficiency, and reliable scheduling within the night warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has 2+ years leading a warehouse team, a high school diploma (post-secondary education preferred), and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience leading a team, front-line supervisors preferred.
• Minimum High School diploma, post-secondary education preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Oversees outbound warehouse operations, directing supervisors and clerks.
• Ensures accurate order selection, loading, and timely shipments.
• Monitors safety, accuracy, and efficiency; coordinates with HR and EHS programs.
• Maintains records, schedules, and performance reviews for the night warehouse team.
