Job summary

Sysco Canada is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the selection and loading of products using engineered labour standards. You will coach staff, monitor productivity, and ensure on-time departures while complying with safety programs and policies.

The role requires 2+ years in logistics/warehouse, supervisory experience preferred, and a diploma/degree in logistics or operations is a plus. Proficiency with MS Word/Excel and relevant systems will be an asset.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Logistics/Warehouse role.
Preferred 5 years’ experience in Logistics/Warehouse role.
Preferred warehouse supervisory experience.
High School Diploma required.
Diploma or Degree in Logistics and/or Operations preferred.
Knowledge of systems: SWMS, Workday, Synetellic, CANVAS, Intelex, labour standard system.
Basic proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

Oversee the night shift and manage the selection function with engineered labour standards.
Support warehouse team with technology systems (RF scanners, printers, tablets).
Provide coaching and training to colleagues to meet productivity goals.
Ensure safety compliance with company programs and regulations.
Prepare and manage daily work schedules, vacations, and assignments.
Distribute and review productivity reports and incentive programs.
Monitor and improve overall productivity and budget adherence.
Adhere to all company policies and participate in cost reduction initiatives.
