The Travel Corporation in Canada is seeking an energetic Outbound Sales Specialist for the contact center to identify travel opportunities, engage qualified leads, and convert discussions into bookings across TTC brands.

Qualifications

  • Experience in outbound sales, business development, inside sales, or a high-performance contact center.
  • Proven success achieving or exceeding sales, revenue, or conversion targets.
  • Experience proactively contacting customers and progressing opportunities toward a sale.
  • Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow-up activities simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with measurable performance goals.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact qualified leads, previous guests, and prospective travelers through outbound sales activity.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach and follow-up to convert opportunities into bookings.
  • Build rapport quickly and confidently engage customers in travel-focused sales conversations.
  • Understand customer needs, preferences, timing, and travel goals through consultative discovery.
  • Recommend suitable TTC brands, itineraries, and travel products to meet customer needs.
  • Manage opportunities from initial contact through booking, closure, or final disposition.
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up schedules and ownership of assigned sales opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant travel experiences.
  • Accurately capture customer interactions and sales activity within CRM systems.
  • Participate in coaching, training, and development activities to continuously improve sales performance.
  • Share customer insights and feedback to support ongoing business and sales improvements.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialists to join our Contact Center team. This role is ideal for motivated sales professional who thrive on building customer relationships, uncovering travel aspirations, and converting opportunities into bookings.


As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will proactively engage qualified leads and past travelers through outbound calls, follow-up emails, and consultative conversations. You'll help customers find the right travel experiences while driving incremental revenue across TTC's portfolio of world-class travel brands.


This is a highly measurable, target-driven role where success comes from strong relationship-building skills, consistent follow-up, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Familiarity with TTC brands, destinations, or travel products.
