Toonie Tours in Ottawa, ON is seeking energetic Walking Tour Guides to lead groups of 5–30 guests, share local history and culture, and create memorable experiences through storytelling and outstanding customer service for travelers from around the world.

This seasonal, in-person role offers a competitive hourly wage plus performance-based commissions and monthly team bonuses, with weekend/evening availability and clear paths to Lead Guide and specialist positions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

• Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and entertaining walking tours for groups of 5–30 guests.
• Learn, research, and confidently present stories about your city's history, culture, and landmarks.
• Welcome guests and provide an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
• Share recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, events, and activities.
• Promote Toonie Tours experiences and products to enhance each guest's visit.
• Represent Toonie Tours professionally while serving as an ambassador for your community.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and other assigned duties.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
