Job summary

Centretown Community Health Centre in Ottawa is seeking a Family Physician for an integrated health services role in a dynamic, interdisciplinary team. The position supports a full spectrum of primary health care in a downtown clinic with strong nursing and admin support and an electronic health record system.

Qualifications

• Medical degree and family medicine residency required.
• CCFP Certification or equivalent experience.
• Ontario licensing to practice medicine.
• Minimum two years in family practice or primary care with community health populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full spectrum of primary health care in a community health centre setting.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including doctors, nurse practitioners, and other health professionals.
• Teach medical students and residents where appropriate.
• Use an electronic health record system and maintain patient privacy and care standards.
