Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have medical degree from a recognized university and be licensed as a Family Physician in Ontario.
• Experience providing primary care in community/interdisciplinary settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of health equity, trauma-informed care, and social determinants of health is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan within a rostered practice.
• Diagnose, treat, and refer health conditions, coordinating with an interprofessional team.
• Prescribe medications, order tests, and ensure timely documentation in EMR.
