Job description

We are seeking a Family Physician to join our community health clinic in Ontario. This role provides an opportunity to engage with a diverse patient population and contribute to comprehensive primary care services.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver continuous and comprehensive healthcare for individuals and families across all ages, genders, diseases, and parts of the body.
  • Develop and manage treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases.
  • Educate patients on disease prevention and health maintenance.
  • Conduct routine check-ups, assessments, and vaccinations.
  • Collaborate with other medical professionals and staff to provide coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients.

Qualifications:

  • Certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing medical education.
  • Ability to manage a diverse range of health issues in patients of all age groups.
  • High on discipline, punctuality, courtesy, ethics, have a strong moral compass and you are compassionate.
  • Respect from colleagues and patients. We have a functional process that sets the ball rolling for this even if your current experience is otherwise
  • All billing and submission of paperwork done by clinic
  • Opportunities to work in a collaborative space alongside Audiologists, SLP's, Occupational Therapists and many more in the same clinical space.
  • Fee for service at the beginning moving to FHG and thereafter to FHO. Your inputs will be invaluable as charter members of the clinic
