Job Description

We are hiring a supplemental hebrew school teacher to teach the Hebrew and Judaic curriculum in the elementary grades for the 2026-27 school year (August to June). OTT uses the Etgar curriculum. This program was created by the Melton Research Center of the Jewish Theological Seminary. The Etgar program engages students through active learning, meaningful Judaic content, and deep personal reflection. We seek educators who are creative, child-centered, inquiry-based, experiential, and who can incorporate project-based learning into their teaching. Our curriculum is designed to connect students to Eretz Israel, build a Jewish identity, and also includes instruction on Jewish values, Parasha HaShavoua, Prophets, and Holidays.
