Job summary

Pacer Group is seeking an experienced OT Architect contractor in Ontario, Toronto area for 12 months, onsite with hybrid options. The role pays CAD 75-80/hour under a contract arrangement. The assignment runs through Aug 31, 2026, with a focus on industrial control environments and architecting scalable solutions.

You will lead OT/IT integration efforts, develop architecture diagrams and roadmaps, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure governance and compliance across systems and standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in OT Architecture, Industrial Systems, and Infrastructure Design.
• Deep knowledge of OT Architecture Frameworks, Design Patterns, Reference Architectures, and Technology Standards.
• Hands-on experience with AVEVA, Rockwell Automation, and Emerson platforms.
• ICS, SCADA, IIoT, and industrial control environments expertise.
• Experience with OT/IT integration, architecture governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, solution blueprints, and roadmaps.
• Stakeholder management, design governance, and OT architecture guidance experience.
• TOGAF preferred; ISA/IEC or OT/ICS security certifications are a plus.
