Windsor Salt Ltd. seeks an IT Network Administrator / OT to design, implement, and maintain secure OT/IT networks across our Canadian operations. You will work with IT and OT teams to ensure reliability, performance, and security of critical industrial networks.

Responsibilities include deploying network devices, enforcing security controls, and maintaining documentation. A solid understanding of OT environments, cybersecurity, and industry standards is required; travel up to 25% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a network administrator/engineer in OT/IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and subnetting; high availability concepts.
• Familiarity with OT security standards (IEC 62443, NERC CIP) and VPNs.

Responsabilités

• Deploy and manage OT/IT network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Maintain and optimize OT/IT network architecture for availability and performance.
• Implement secure network solutions and enforce access controls and encryption.
• Collaborate with IT/OT teams and vendors for deployment and support.
• Develop network diagrams, documentation, and SOPs.
• Monitor network performance and respond to incidents.
