Job summary

NOIC Academy in Markham, Ontario seeks a Vice Principal designated Principal for OSSD inspection, compliance and accreditation. This onsite senior leader oversees the MOE requirements, accreditation and record-keeping for the OSSD program.

The role includes supervising onsite teaching, pastoral care and student support, and collaborating with the Head of School on recruitment and enrollment while upholding high academic standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Education and Ontario teaching qualification are required.
• Substantial classroom teaching experience in a similar setting is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as designated Principal for OSSD accreditation and MOE compliance.
• Oversee onsite teaching, curriculum delivery and staff supervision.
• Lead student pastoral care and wellbeing initiatives for the campus.
• Support recruitment, enrollment, and program quality for the Markham campus.
• Collaborate with Head of School on strategic planning and school governance.
