Qualifications

• Earned PhD from a recognised institution.
• 10–15 years of progressively senior academic leadership in post-secondary education.
• Significant experience as Vice-President Academic, Provost, Dean, or equivalent.
• Experience with PEQAB or comparable quality assurance processes.
• Ability to build partnerships with industry and professional organisations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all academic programs and educational initiatives.
• Oversee curriculum development, program review, and quality assurance.
• Lead Academic Council and support independent governance responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with PEQAB standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and manage the Academic Division budget and resource allocation.
• Foster collaboration across faculty, administration and external partners.
• Promote evidence-based decision-making and continuous academic improvement.
• Lead the growth of graduate education and degree programming.
