Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented OSINT Collector - Arabic Linguistics SME to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Provide management-related products and data calls.
2. Develop OSINT Collection Requirements within Government tasking, ensuring they conform to standards, are published correctly, and contribute to Army OSINT doctrine, policies, and procedures.
3. Manage the Army OSINT Enterprises' Collector Identifier Number Database and produce related products and data calls.
4. Provide timely, tailored, and shareable information environment intelligence.
5. Support validation, tipping, cueing of other intelligence functions, and monitor for indicators and warnings.
6. Enhance traditional reports to provide contextual understanding within the theater’s information environment.
7. Apply Arabic linguistics expertise to support the OSINT Collection Team.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Degree and experience requirements: Bachelor's with 18+ years, Master's with 16+ years, or PhD/JD with 15+ years.
• TS/SCI security clearance.
• Ability to support contingency operations, operational planning, training exercises, and strategic engagement across AOR and AOI, including analysis and research on various topics.
• Skill in monitoring and analyzing political, military, and economic developments within the AORs and AOIs.
• Knowledge to assess military capabilities, doctrine, weapons, and employment within each country, including the U.S.
• Proficiency in researching, authoring, and coordinating threat assessments, developing analytical procedures, and supporting policy development.

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI clearance is required.
