Qualifications

• MD degree from an accredited medical school.
• FRCSC in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Currently registered for independent practice with CPSO.
• CMPA membership.
• Hospital privileges (or eligibility) in Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions.
• Provide timely specialist consultations and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with family physicians, physiotherapists, and other specialists to develop coordinated care plans.
• Review diagnostic imaging and investigations to guide treatment decisions.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely medical records in compliance with CPSO and organizational standards.
• Participate in quality improvement, clinical governance, and patient safety initiatives.
• Provide education and guidance to patients regarding treatment options, recovery, and prevention.

Position Overview

• Strong clinical, interpersonal, and collaborative skills
