Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd in New Brunswick, NJ is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to lead outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation. You will assess function, design individualized programs, and guide patients through recovery after surgery or injury.

The role requires a DPT or MSPT and current PT license, plus outpatient and team-work experience. You will document care, coordinate with a clinical team, and progress patients toward functional goals in a busy orthopedic outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license required.
• DPT degree or MSPT degree required.
• Previous outpatient experience preferred.
• Experience managing orthopedic cases preferred.
• Ability to work effectively within a clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Review patient history and current functional concerns.
• Complete orthopedic and musculoskeletal examinations.
• Determine treatment priorities based on objective findings.
• Create patient-specific rehabilitation programs.
• Provide progressive therapeutic exercise.
• Incorporate manual interventions when indicated.
• Monitor functional gains throughout the episode of care.
• Modify treatment strategies when appropriate.
• Provide clear home-based rehabilitation instructions.
• Complete all required clinical documentation.
