Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Pasadena, MD is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics. Full-time, 40 hours/week with two evenings until 7:00 PM, and a strong support system to grow clinically.

Base salary starts at $80,000+, with up to $10,000 bonuses and indefinite student loan assistance. Benefits include comprehensive health/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and nationwide mobility across 1,900+ centers.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
• Complete required corporate and clinical training and maintain compliance.
