Job summary

Tribe Medical is seeking a Surgical Technology Associate in Lower Mainland, BC to drive orthopaedic sales for Arthrex products. The role involves in-theatre clinical support, surgeon education, and collaboration with the sales team to meet objectives.

Training on Arthrex devices is provided, with travel to the US as needed and local home base in Canada. The position offers base pay with commission and opportunities for bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or post-secondary education is required.
• Preferred background in Kinesiology, Biomedical, or orthopaedic related field.

Responsibilities

• Providing in-theatre clinical support for Sports Med/Orthopaedic surgeries.
• Developing relationships with surgeons and surgical staff; alert Arthrex Sales team to opportunities.
• Supporting the Sales team in your territory with case coverage and sales objectives.
• Providing clinical education and training on Arthrex product portfolio.
• Helping the Sales team with inventory management and other administrative tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
