Job summary

Vision Loss Rehabilitation Canada (VLRC) in Winnipeg, MB, is seeking a Specialist, Orientation & Mobility to guide clients with vision loss toward independent travel and daily living skills. You will assess needs, design personalized O&M plans, and teach preventive mobility techniques in homes, workplaces, and communities.

• Instructs orientation and mobility to help clients travel independently.
• Develops individual O&M plans with goals and service plans.

• Provides information on electronic travel aids and resources.
• Maintains client data and documentation per VLRC procedures.
• Supports volunteers and students and collaborates with teams.
