Job summary
Applied Biological Materials Inc. (ABM) is seeking a Technician – Cell Biology (Organoid/iPSC Focus) to support R&D and product development within our 3D culture and stem cell platform at the Richmond, BC headquarters.
The ideal candidate has hands-on organoid or iPSC culture experience, a BSc or MSc in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field, and strong attention to detail. This on-site role offers a competitive CAD salary and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Hands-on organoid or iPSC culture experience preferred.
- Strong background in molecular biology techniques and wet-lab assays.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and advanced cell culture in 2D/3D workflows.
- Maintain iPSC lines and support differentiation protocols.
- Assist in experimental design, data collection, and analysis.
- Prepare reagents, media, and lab materials for experiments.
- Maintain detailed laboratory records and SOP adherence.
- Collaborate with scientists on R&D projects.
