This position has an annual salary pay range of $79,173.00 to $98,966.00 (Management/Excluded Group).
The Organizational Development & Learning Leader is a senior consultant that develops and coordinates Yukon’s hospitals corporate learning, individual and team performance development, and leadership development programs. This position also provides other individual, organizational, and management consultation support, such as change management, career planning/pathing, talent management, succession planning, organizational structure/resource allocation, as well as team engagement, facilitation, and coaching/mentoring support. These activities and programs help build knowledge, capacity, and skills for our team to deliver safe and excellent hospital care, support a culturally safe care environment, and promote a culture of safety, learning, and continuous improvement through personal and professional growth.
The successful candidate will have three to five (3-5) years of experience developing and successfully supporting organizational development and learning programs and initiatives; experience with providing education/training, writing curriculum, or developing technical materials; and experience working in complex systems or previous healthcare settings. Post-secondary education (Diploma or Degree) with additional training and/or focus in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or a closely related field such as Adult Education or Change Management skills are desired; and completion of Yukon First Nations 101 or equivalent cultural competence education is preferred. An equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience may be considered.
