This position has an annual salary pay range of $79,173.00 to $98,966.00

The Organizational Development & Learning Leader is a senior consultant that develops and coordinates Yukon's hospitals corporate learning, individual and team performance development and leadership development programs. This position also provides other individual, organizational and management consultation support, such as change management, career planning / pathing, talent management, succession planning, organizational structure / resource allocation as well as team engagement, facilitation and coaching / mentoring support. These activities and programs help build knowledge, capacity and skills for our team to deliver safe and excellent hospital care, support a culturally safe care environment as well as promote a culture of safety, learning and continuous improvement through personal and professional growth.
Knowledge, skills and abilities required :
The successful candidate will have three-five (3-5) years experience developing and successfully supporting organizational development and learning programs and initiatives; experience with providing education / training, writing curriculum or developing technical materials; and experience working in complex systems or previous healthcare settings. Post secondary education (Diploma or Degree) with additional training and / or focus in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or a closely related field such as Adult Education or Change Management skills are desired; and completion of Yukon First Nations 101 or equivalent cultural competence education is preferred. An equivalent combination of education, training, and / or experience may be considered.
