Job summary

eHealth Saskatchewan is seeking an Organizational Development Consultant to shape the future of our workforce and organizational design. As part of the HR team, you will collaborate with leaders to turn organizational needs into practical solutions that strengthen our workforce and support the digital health roadmap.

You will lead design initiatives, workforce planning, learning programs, and change management with a focus on capability-building and employee engagement to strengthen

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Adult Education, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or a related field is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Organizational Design, HR Strategy, Workforce Planning, or a related discipline.
  • Experience applying organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and other organizational development principles to support organizational effectiveness.
  • Experience with facilitation, consultation, and building trusted relationships with leaders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data and translate insights into practical recommendations.
  • Experience supporting leadership development, employee engagement, learning, or other organizational development initiatives.
  • A Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) & Background in health care, public sector, or complex service environments would be considered an asset.

  • Design and evolve organizational development programs, including leadership development, employee engagement, learning initiatives, and competency-based development frameworks.
  • Partner with leaders to lead change by translating organizational insights into practical plans that support adoption, readiness, and sustainable outcomes.
  • Use data and evidence to inform decisions, analyzing workforce and organizational trends and providing recommendations that strengthen organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an Organizational Development Consultant to play a central role in shaping the future of our workforce and organizational design. As part of the HR team, you will have the opportunity to build and shape approaches that strengthen workforce development, strategic planning, and organizational effectiveness, working closely with leaders to turn organizational needs into practical solutions. Your work will help ensure our organization is structured, skilled, and ready to deliver on our strategic roadmap—while remaining a trusted partner in advancing digital health outcomes across the province. What you’ll do

Reporting to the Senior Organizational Development Consultant you will:



  • Lead organizational design initiatives by assessing current structures, operating models, and workflows, and recommending future-state solutions that improve effectiveness, collaboration, and service delivery.
