Job summary

Miratech Group is seeking an Organisational Design Consultant to help define ownership and maintenance for client knowledge content. This part-time engagement spans two to three months and requires coordination with a wider consulting team.

You will map current structures, assess gaps, and design a RACI matrix at named-role level. The project delivers a target operating model, role profiles, and transition plans with governance alignment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in organisational design, operating model design, workforce planning, or organisational effectiveness consulting.
• Experience producing organisational design deliverables: RACI matrices, target operating models, role profiles, transition plans.
• Experience designing operating models across multiple business units with shared ownership.
• Strong stakeholder engagement at director/executive level; ability to advocate for necessary structural change.

Responsibilities

• Document current-state organisation including units, roles, reporting lines, and content ownership.
• Conduct organisational design analysis; identify capability gaps and ownership issues.
• Build the Organisational RACI Matrix with named roles and responsibilities for content lifecycle stages.
• Define target knowledge management operating model and rationale for centralised/federated/hybrid structures.
• Produce role profiles and resourcing requirements, including AI-era roles and retraining responsibilities.
• Design transition and change approach with sequencing, training, and risk assessment.
• Align governance with the governance workstream to ensure consistent models.
