Job summary

GFR Pharma Ltd. in Coquitlam, BC, is seeking an Order Picker for the warehouse team on the afternoon shift. The role involves accurately picking and preparing orders, handling discrepancies, and assisting with inventory and staging locations.

The position requires forklift experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and basic math skills, with good English communication. ERP experience is a plus, and a strong safety mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Completed Grade 12.
• Ability to work safely and maintain a clean work area.
• Good command of English; both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

As a proud Canadian company located in Coquitlam B.C., we are committed to manufacturing high-quality products for our customers. With the continued growth of our business, we are seeking to hire a "Order Picker" to join our Warehouse team on the afternoon shift.

The position requires a person that (but not limited to):

• Accurately pick and prepare orders for Production.
• Action Production inquiries regarding discrepancies in lot, quantity and/or location.
• Assist in inventory counts.
• Segregate allergen items in Bin and staging locations.
• Consolidate and replenish bin locations.
• Maintain production staging locations and pre-staging locations.
• Assist in other areas of Warehouse when required.

Shift Schedule: 10:00pm to 6:30am Monday to Friday

Rate: $21.00 per hour plus $1.50 per hour afternoon shift premium

Requirements include:

• Completion of Grade 12.
• Ability to work safely and maintain a clean work area.
• Good command of English; both written and verbal.
• Physically fit, with the ability to lift, up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Ability to work with scanners, measuring tools and scales.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Good reasoning skills, with the ability to assess a situation and find the logical answer.
• Experience with computers and ERP or other data entry systems would be an asset.
• One year of forklift experience required.
• Material handling equipment experience required.
