Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment as needed.
• Bag, box, or parcel customer purchases for shipment.
• Pick orders as directed by management.
• Receive and inspect incoming pick tickets.
• Use barcode scanners to locate products.
• Construct pallets and position near loading docks.
• Wrap orders before loading onto trucks.
• Restock goods and maintain stock inventory.
• Track completed orders and ensure shipment accuracy.
• Keep equipment in good working order and report faults.
• Follow health, safety, and quality policies.
• Collect order notes to complete deliveries.
• Retrieve items from storage using barcodes/serials.

• The candidate would be in charge of operating forklifts in and around the warehouse.
• The candidate will be expected to bag, box, or parcel customer purchases for shipment or delivery.
• The candidate would be in charge of picking orders as directed by management.
• The candidate will be responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming pick tickets.
• The candidate will be required to use technology to locate products.
• The candidate will be expected to construct pallets with orders and position them near loading docks.
• Before loading orders onto trucks, the candidate will be required to wrap orders.
• The candidate will be expected to manually restock goods or use warehouse equipment to do so.
• The candidate will be expected to keep track of orders that have been completed.
• The candidate will be expected to keep equipment in good working order and report any faults.
• The candidate must follow all health and safety policies as well as quality requirements.
• The candidate will be responsible for collecting order notes in order to complete deliveries.
• The candidate will be required to retrieve ordered items from storage shelves or rooms using barcodes, serial numbers, and other identifiers.
• The candidate must operate handling equipment in accordance with industrial safety regulations.
• After each item is retrieved, the candidate is responsible for updating the stock inventory.
• The candidate would be in charge of performing general warehouse duties as needed.
• The candidate would be in charge of stock control, including item replenishment and storage.
• The candidate would be in charge of ensuring that the correct quantity and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• The candidate would be in charge of Keeping work areas clean, neat, and well-organized
• The candidate would be in charge of sealing and labelling containers, confirming order accuracy, and signing pick tickets to confirm.
• The candidate would be in charge of ensuring that correct shipping information is attached to completed orders and moving completed orders to the shipping area.
• The candidate will be expected to evaluate all order amounts and stack them in the same way, as well as weigh all orders at the time of packing.
• Prior to dispatch, the candidate will be expected to verify all outbound shipments, check that all goods are in good condition, and provide proper labels on all products.
• The candidate would be in charge of loading and unloading trucks with totes, jacks, and forklifts.
• The candidate would be in charge of ensuring that orders are accurate.
• The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that warehouse goals are met.
• The candidate will be required to use scanners to ensure that the correct order is picked and inventory is accurately managed.
