Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment as needed.
• Bag, box, or parcel customer purchases for shipment.
• Pick orders as directed by management.
• Receive and inspect incoming pick tickets.
• Use barcode scanners to locate products.
• Construct pallets and position near loading docks.
• Wrap orders before loading onto trucks.
• Restock goods and maintain stock inventory.
• Track completed orders and ensure shipment accuracy.
• Keep equipment in good working order and report faults.
• Follow health, safety, and quality policies.
• Collect order notes to complete deliveries.
• Retrieve items from storage using barcodes/serials.
• Update stock inventory after retrieval.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Label containers and confirm pick tickets.
• Attach correct shipping information and move orders to shipping area.
• Weigh and verify outbound shipments.
• Load and unload trucks with totes and forklifts.
• Ensure correct quantities and types of products are shipped.
• Use scanners to ensure correct orders and inventory accuracy.
