Job summary

Bedford Ready Mix, part of OSCO Concrete & Aggregates Limited, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Order Desk). This role reports to the Operations Manager and focuses on delivering high-quality service through high-volume inbound and outbound calls, accurately capturing orders and service requests for dispatch.

You will schedule deliveries, assist with product inquiries, track orders, and liaise with customers to ensure timely, accurate information.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience with high-volume calls.
• Strong computer skills including order entry and MS Office.
• Experience in an order desk, dispatch, or call centre environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Accurately process sales orders, quotes, and customer inquiries.
• Enter orders with high accuracy and capture all required details.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Schedule deliveries and coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely service.
