Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies, Regina-based craft distillery and retailer Queen City Distillers, is seeking a friendly retail associate. You will greet walk-in customers, answer product questions, and promote in-store offers and new products.

You will enter and update inventory records, process online and in-person orders, verify packing slips and shipping details, and help ensure accurate fulfillment while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail ( liquor store experience preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be of legal age to sell alcohol and have a valid Serve It Right Saskatchewan license.

Responsibilities

  • Greet walk-in customers and assist with product questions.
  • Promote in-store offers and new products.
  • Enter and update inventory records and product details.
  • Process online and in-person orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

What You Will be Responsible For
  • Greet walk-in customers and assist with product questions
  • Promote in-store offers and new products
  • Enter and update inventory records and product details
  • Process online and in-person orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
  • Verify packaging slips and shipping details before order dispatch
What We Look For
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail, liquor store setting is preferred but not a requirement
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be of legal age to sell alcohol (as per local/state regulations)
  • Valid Serve It Right Saskatchewan license
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
