As part of the development of its Toronto hub, MIGSO-PCUBED is recruiting its next one, Oracle Primavera Project Planner.

By joining our teams, you are about to embark on an adventure where every day is a new page to write. You will be the custodian of time and resources :

• Develop and maintain detailed project programs using Primavera P6, incorporating cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Perform critical path analyses to assess the impacts of deadlines and identify bottlenecks.
• Perform planning simulations to optimize resource allocation and reduce costs.
• Implement change control procedures to manage scope changes and their impacts on planning and budgeting.
• Track expenditures against budget, analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Produce regular reports on project performance in terms of costs and deadlines.
• Communicate results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in coordination meetings to represent the progress of the project and discuss the challenges encountered.

Who are you?

• You hold a degree in project management / PMO, in an industrial field, you have 5 to 10 years of professional experience and you have forged your expertise through rich and varied experiences.
• Your mastery of Primavera P6 is such that it allows you to weave canvases of complex projects with disconcerting ease.
• You are a rigorous and methodical professional, with a solid background in project management and in the use of Primavera P6. You will develop detailed schedules, identify the critical path and ensure effective communication with project teams to ensure deadlines and resources are met.
• Your project management expertise (PMO) and ability to anticipate risk will be critical to supporting the success of our initiatives.
• You have excellent communication, both oral and written, and know how to work in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

What to expect during the recruitment process?

• 15-20 minutes of telephone interview with recruitment officer
• A standard one-hour initial consultation with the business manager via Microsoft Teams
• A one-hour technical interview with a consultant on assignment in order to challenge your project management skills through scenarios or exercises.
• A final exchange with the agency manager / senior business manager to discuss the conditional offer and benefits
