Job summary

Accenture in Canada seeks an Oracle HCM Learning Associate Manager to lead and deliver Oracle Learning Cloud implementations within Oracle HCM. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and manage workstreams across design, build, test and deployment, coordinating with Core HR, Talent and Performance teams.

Strong stakeholder engagement and cloud expertise are essential. The role emphasizes learning strategies, compliance training, and workforce enablement, with mentoring of junior staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent
• 5–7 years of experience in Oracle HCM, with hands-on Learning Management/Oracle Learning Cloud
• Experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or enhancements
• Proven ability to lead workstreams or small teams in a consulting environment
• Understanding of learning and development processes (training, certifications, content management)
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
• English required for cross-border collaboration with Canada/US/global teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Oracle Learning Cloud implementations, including configuration and solution design
• Gather business requirements and translate into learning solutions within Oracle HCM
• Manage workstreams, timelines and deliverables across project phases (design/build/test/deploy)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated HCM solutions
• Provide subject matter expertise on learning strategies, compliance training, and workforce enablement
• Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and ensure high-quality deployment
• Coach and mentor junior team members and engage in client discussions/workshops
