Job Description:

Job Title: Supply Chain QA Tester

Job Type: FTE

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

• Supply Chain Management domain expert
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience working on essential aspects of Order Management - Forward Flow (O2C) and Reverse Flow (I2R/RMA) and other Oracle SCM module.
• At least 2 years of hands-on testing experience working with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain.
• Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries and understanding/modifying XML files.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Well-versed in creating test plans and test cases.
• Great sense of urgency, thoroughness, and quality towards assigned tasks/goals.
• Hands-on experience in debugging problems through system logs.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience in developing automation tests, preferably in Supply Chain.
• Hands-on experience in programming languages such as Java, Python.
• Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium.
• Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and how the EDI signals are processed.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert for business validations in the Forward and Reverse workstreams.
• Partner with Capability Architects to build and own test strategy, test plan, test scenarios and test cases leading to QA validations and sign-off on assigned projects.
• Work with third-party partners to perform end-to-end supply-chain integration testing.
• Evaluate and execute applicable test cases.
• Document all test results and ensure execution results up to date.
• Keep stakeholders well-informed of testing progress and statuses.
• Be able to articulate issues, problems, impacts, and support needs across different internal teams as well as external teams.
• Innovate and suggest out-of-the-box solutions to improve productivity and processes.
