NTT DATA seeks an Oracle Fusion & EBS Finance Solution Architect to lead design and configuration of Oracle Financials in Fusion Cloud and EBS R12. This remote role supports the team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with responsibilities spanning R2R, P2P, and O2C processes.

You will drive enterprise-wide financial solutions, oversee GL/AR/AP, intercompany initiatives, multi-currency handling, and period-close governance, while collaborating with CFO- and Controller-level stakeholders.

Formación

• 12–15+ years in Oracle Financials, with at least 5 years in Fusion Cloud and hands-on EBS R12 experience.
• Hands-on Fusion Financials configuration across GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, SLA, Tax, and Expenses.
• Strong EBS R12 Financials knowledge, including multi-org, SLA, and E‑Business Tax.
• Solid accounting knowledge and understanding of period close, reconciliations, and audit/compliance requirements.
• At least 5 years of experience with FBDI, Smart View, FRS, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• At least 2 full-lifecycle Fusion Financials implementations, including design responsibilities.
• Experience leading finance design workshops and end-to-end solutions.
• Strong communication with CFO- and Controller-level stakeholders.

• Lead period-close process design and the financial reporting framework (FRS, OTBI, Smart View).
• Design payment processes, bank reconciliation, and bank integrations.
• Develop and review functional design docs for RICEW objects including GL, AP, AR, FA conversions.
• Lead data migration for COA, suppliers, customers, GL balances using FBDI.
• Define testing requirements, execute SIT/UAT scripts, and lead cutover reconciliation.
• Assess EBS setups and define Fusion solutions during migrations.
• Provide leadership during training, go-live, first period close, and hypercare.

Oracle Fusion & EBS Finance Solution Architect

Job Duties

• Lead the solution design and configuration of Oracle Financials in Fusion Cloud and EBS, covering Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay (AP), and Order-to-Cash (AR) finance processes.

• Partner with finance leadership to define scalable, compliant, and efficient financial solutions aligned with business requirements.

• Lead finance solution design workshops covering enterprise structure, chart of accounts, ledgers, legal entities, business units, and intercompany.

• Oversee the design and configuration of Fusion General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Subledger Accounting, and Tax.

• Design end-to-end solutions for intercompany, multi-currency, revaluation, translation, and consolidation processes.

• Lead period-close process design and the financial reporting framework, including FRS / Financial Reporting Center, Smart View, and OTBI.

• Design payment processes, bank statement reconciliation, and bank integrations.

• Develop and review functional design documents and specifications for RICEW objects, including GL, AP, AR, and FA conversions.

• Lead finance data migration and conversion for COA, suppliers, customers, open AP/AR, fixed assets, and GL balances using FBDI.

• Define testing requirements, prepare and execute test scripts for SIT and UAT, and lead reconciliation activities during mock conversions and cutover.

• Assess EBS financial setups and processes and define corresponding Fusion solutions during migration engagements.

• Provide functional and solution design leadership during finance user training, go-live, first period close, and hypercare.

Required Skills

• 12–15+ years in Oracle Financials, with at least 5 years in Fusion Cloud and hands‑on EBS R12 experience.

• Hands‑on Fusion Financials configuration experience across GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, SLA, Tax, and Expenses.

• Strong EBS R12 Financials knowledge, including multi‑org, SLA, and E‑Business Tax.

• Solid accounting knowledge and understanding of period close, reconciliations, and audit/compliance requirements.

• At least 5 years of experience with FBDI, Smart View, FRS, OTBI, and BI Publisher.

• At least 2 full‑lifecycle Fusion Financials implementations, including solution design responsibilities.

• Experience leading finance design workshops, defining end‑to‑end solutions, and guiding functional and technical teams.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with CFO‑ and Controller‑level stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Oracle Financials Cloud Implementation Professional certification.

• Exposure to Oracle EPM (FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS) or Oracle HFM integrations.

• Experience with Revenue Management (ASC 606/IFRS 15), Lease Accounting, or Project Financials (PPM).

• CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent accounting qualification is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; accounting qualification preferred.

Pay Transparency

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $109,112 - $175,300. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
