Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Functional Analyst in Calgary to design and implement business solutions across multiple divisions. You will analyze requirements, create workflow diagrams, gather data, and ensure governance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, change management experience, and familiarity with Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, and PowerBI. You will partner with stakeholders, produce documentation, conduct end-user testing, and deliver enhancements to corporate applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years full-time experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with systematic approach.
• Experience with project management and business analysis.
• Experience with Oracle platform is an asset.
• Experience with Workday is an asset.
• Experience with Salesforce is an asset.
• Experience with PowerBI is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide orientation and training to end users and update user docs.

What you will be doing:

• Design new solutions by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow diagrams, studying system capabilities as well as writing functional and system design specifications.

• Gather data and integration requirements

• Ensure adherence to Data Governance policies

• Complete enhancement requests for corporate applications

• Foster and develop a collaborative relationship with team, users, and stakeholders.

• Through continuous improvement, ensure business systems used within the entire functional area are configured, maintained, and enhanced to support effective business processes.

• Perform application incident management, root cause analysis, problem resolution, change management and closure.

• Produce and maintain current technical, functional design and analysis documentation using industry standard tools.

• Perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new application functions.

• Identify, prioritize, manage, and incorporate the needs of multiple divisions and operating bases.

• Provide orientation and training to end users.

• Ensure end user documentation is updated.
