Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Consultant, Expenses

Location: Canada or US (Nationwide/Travel)

We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant (functional, hands-on) with experience leading ERP workstreams in multiple full-cycle implementations.

This senior-level position:

• Provides solution leadership to project teams.
• Owns solution design and implementation, ensuring high-performance software solutions within time and budget.
• Analyzes business needs to ensure Oracle solutions meet customer objectives, combining industry processes, product knowledge, and discernment.
• Uses judgment and business insight for non-routine, complex applications and technology installations.
• Mentors project teams and influences customer leadership on key decisions.
• Supports business development by pursuing new opportunities and extensions.
• Collaborates with the sales team by providing domain expertise.
• Resolves complex customer issues with solutions within the Oracle product set.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of functional consulting experience.
• Prior team leadership or management experience preferred.
• Business process experience in Oracle Cloud: 1-2 years in Assets (Asset Maintenance, Lease Accounting); 5-7 years across Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, Payables, Receivables, Cash Management).
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
• CPA is a plus.
• Technical or product expertise relevant to the practice.
• Effective communication and rapport-building skills.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 40% as needed.
