Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) seeks an experienced Oracle EPM Developer to lead EPBCS-focused implementations in a dynamic environment in Mississauga. You will design, configure, and optimize planning applications, forms, dashboards, and data integrations while collaborating with finance and IT stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on EPBCS experience, Groovy and Calc scripting capabilities, and strong automation skills to support monthly and quarterly planning cycles.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years with Oracle EPM On-Premise (Hyperion) and/or Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
• EPBCS hands-on experience with end-to-end implementations: Calc Manager, Calc Scripts, EPM Automate scripting and batch automation, data integrations, metadata management.
• Experience with lifecycle management, migrations and environment management.
• Strong understanding of planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial consolidation processes.
• Troubleshooting, performance tuning and production support expertise.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud, particularly Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS). The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end EPM implementations, business process configuration, automation, and custom development using Groovy and Calc Scripts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, with a focus on EPBCS.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience working with Oracle EPM On-Premise (Hyperion) and/or Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in EPBCS with at least one or more end‑to‑end implementation projects

• Experience with application lifecycle management, migrations, and environment management.
• Strong understanding of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation processes.

• Experience with Oracle EPM modules such as:
  • Workforce Planning
  • Capital Planning
  • Financials Planning
  • Projects Planning
• Knowledge of Smart View, Data Management, and Integration Agent.
• Experience with REST APIs and integration with ERP/financial systems.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.

Nice to Have

• VBA programming skills for automation and reporting enhancements.
• Experience with Oracle FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, or FreeForm applications.
• Knowledge of SQL and financial reporting tools.
