Job summary

Johnson Controls Canada is seeking an experienced techno-functional Oracle EBS delivery leader to drive delivery across the Americas. You will lead initiatives, clarify business needs, assess options, and oversee architecture alignment and solution readiness with stakeholders, IT teams, architects, and vendor partners.

You will guide delivery through planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment in a fast-paced product-model environment, with Oracle EBS Finance modules highly

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of IT experience with ERP delivery leadership.
• Proven Oracle EBS delivery, enhancement, stabilization, and support at scale.
• Strong techno-functional skills across Oracle EBS modules, integrations, reporting, controls, and operational requirements.
• Experience with compliance, disaster recovery, modernization, security, vendor management, and distributed delivery coordination.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced product model, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EBS delivery, enhancements, stabilization, support, governance, and status reporting for the Americas business.
• Turn ambiguous or changing business needs into clear delivery scope, options, risks, dependencies, architecture review needs, and next steps.
• Communicate clearly with business, IT Business Partner, vendor, and leadership audiences, keeping decisions, risks, and next steps visible.
• Coordinate with Americas stakeholders, offshore India, and other supporting regions, ensuring clear communication and handoffs across time zones.
• Manage vendor and system integrator delivery against priorities, timelines, outcomes, KPIs, SLAs, issue resolution, and escalations.
