The main responsibility of this resource is to provide the services of a full stack Oracle developer specialized in APEX, PL / SQL with some exposure to other Oracle development tools such as ODI and relational databases.

• Work in partnership with clients, advising on information technology to meet business objectives or solve problems, and improve organizational IT structure and efficiency.
• Provide strategic guidance on Information Management & IT technology, infrastructure, and enabling major business processes through IT enhancements.
• Offer subject matter expertise and highly technical assistance in their field.

General Skills :

• Act as a technical advisor and expert on deliverables
• Ensure quality assurance and control of deliverables
• Anticipate and resolve problems to ensure timely, high-quality completion
• Develop processes and procedures for implementation
• Prepare reports and presentations with options, recommendations, and plans
• Work with clients to define project scope and requirements
• Define software, hardware, and network requirements
• Analyze IT requirements and advise independently and objectively
• Design, test, install, and monitor new systems; develop solutions and implementations
• Be familiar with change-management principles and methodologies
• Understand Information Management principles, policies, and practices

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

Core Technical Skills (35%)

• Minimum five years developing and maintaining ETL solutions, with at least two years using ODI for data loading/extraction from Essbase cubes; some experience with Informatica is desirable.
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Hyperion Planning (Oracle EPM), including Hyperion Planning 11.2, with at least three years of infrastructure experience or equivalent.
• Experience configuring EPM with OAM single sign-on
• Experience managing software/infrastructure in Linux and Windows Server environments
• Experience installing and configuring WordPress in Linux load-balanced environments
• Managing network components in complex, load-balanced environments

Application-Specific Experience (35%) :

• Expertise in loading/extracting data from Hyperion applications with many Plan Types
• Experience with load-balanced, highly available hardware/software configurations
• Experience with applications exposed externally via Proxy Server
• Designing, specifying, and implementing complex computing platforms
• Developing documentation for infrastructure implementations
• Working with data center staff to manage complex platforms across multiple OS and tools

MUST HAVE :

Looking for : experience with infrastructure roles, setting up and configuring software in operating environments, with a focus on ETL and ODI, not primarily development.

• At least five years developing and maintaining ETL solutions, with experience using ODI; some Informatica experience is a plus.
• Experience installing and configuring Hyperion Planning 11.2 and infrastructure experience across 3+ years or equivalent.
